Today, I was out for brunch and saw a cool looking guy wearing a fanny pack.
This got me thinking: Are fanny packs still that cool?

Wikipedia gives us a little fanny pack history.
Weird Al Jankovic seemed convinced they were uncool back in the day.

But there is a light at the end of the fanny tunnel.
GOOGLE TRENDS shows that its made a comeback over the past few years.

The New York Times recently caught up with the trend too.

The answer?
Fanny pack’s are cool if you’re cool and wear it properly.

This is the first Friday in a long time that I’m letting myself chill for reals!

Some highlights from yesterday’s thanksgiving day:

- My bf’s grandfather recited a poem about a car navigator system he called “BITCH IN A BOX”. Classic!

- Watched Evan Almighty (dancing animals and Steve Carell looking like Noah can get kinda freaky!) and Waiting for Guffman (Parker Posey rocks!)

- Headed to Lucky Strikes in Hollywood for some bowling.

Today, I finally set up this great machine that helps me upload my tivo videos to my computer. I uploaded some of the many segments I’ve done for Fox on youtube. At least that’s somewhat productive, right?

I just love the holidays! Everyone just seems so much more relaxed and less… bitchy! haha

Anyway, I was on O’Reilly tonight with guest host John Kasich talking about Dennis Quaid’s twin infants overdose tragedy and the paparazzi.
