I realized that I’ve been saying “um” a lot recently. Do you find yourself doing that too sometimes? Well, I did some research and found an actual 5-step treatment plan. They call it a “verbal virus.”
I think it might be more of a non-communication, online, bbm, aim, twitter, facebook, myspace, social networking virus- ie. forgetting how to actually speak virus.
