At the Premiere of The Deal during Sundance 2008

I’ll be heading to Sundance tomorrow for the 4th year in a row!! Yep, I’m a Sundance veteran at this point.
But this year is going to be a little different and… awesome!

I’ll be one of the competitors/social media mavens, alongside Venture Beat’s Matt Marshall, competing in Ashton Kutcher’s “24 Hours at Sundance“. It’s going to be a crazy live-streaming online competition starting Jan 17th at 10AM!!

Live Earth is executive producing Al Gore’s Green Inaugural Ball in Washington, DC. They also happen to be launching their amazing new video site, video.liveearth.org, which will showcase user-generated videos and films relating to the environmental and climate crisis.

Watch my promo for them on how you can get involved and get your video seen by hundreds of global influencers at the gala on January 19th!

I’ll be the host/emcee for one of SoCal’s biggest tech events, TWIISTUP 5, on February 12, 2009.

After Macworld, it felt like I saw every iphone/ipod/laptop accessory you can imagine. One company that I loved and really stood out was Rickshaw Bags. They make their bags from scratch right out of their headquarters in San Francisco. Since they do it all in-house, they can easily customize everything. I’m finally back in Los Angeles after a 3 country, 4 city holiday tour. It’s great to finally be back and I’m definitely ready to take on 2009!
