My friend Dave is a TV producer by day. By night, he runs a site called mrjetsetter.com and lives to travel. His latest journey brought him to Germany for Oktoberfest. Why I love this guy is because of these videos he does whenever he travels- it’s like his own mini Travel Channel show- enjoy!

Friday night I headed with my chicas to the Genart 11th Annual Fresh Faces of Fashion, showcasing 8 up and coming designers. Geri of becauseimaddicted.net fame and I bumped into Jerell from Project Runway and did a little impromptu interview you can find on my mobile video player. FYI- for all you fans out there, Jerell got 4th place on the show!

Interviewed Colin Farrell today for Reelz Channel. He’s starring in a new movie called Pride and Glory alongside Edward Norton. I was actually pretty surprised at how cool and nice he was (oh yes and still sexy as ever! haha) . He came out of the press room and spoke to this little kid waiting outside, signed his teddy bear and showed off a pic of his own son on his cell phone. Awww! Is it just me or is it a turn out when guys gush over their kids?? Hmm….

I’ve been working as a reporter for Dailies, but today I got to host the daily 30-minute movie news show and it was a blast! Today I did a shoot for Reelz Channel at one of the premiere animation studios, Rhythm and Blues, who did all the special effects for this summer’s Hulk blockbuster. The coolest part was getting into a motion capture suit and channeling my inner Hulk.

Grrrr…. now how hot is that outfit? Oh yeahhhhh!

Busy day! Shot a fun segment for Reelz Channel at Premiere Props- and got to see the Horror film memorabilia they’re auctioning off this weekend (including a real goonie!). Then did some promos for the NBC “1st Look” show. My Tiffany diamonds segment will be airing this Saturday at 7:30pm and after SNL at 1Am. Lastly, it was off to see a screening of Pride and Glory. I’ll be interviewing Colin Farrell about his role in the film on Saturday.

I grew up in the amazing city of Montreal. I describe it as the Brazil of North America- beautiful people, great food and an overall joie-du-vivre. While I don’t recommend people visit when it’s 20 below 0, the summer is always incredible. There are festivals galore- the Jazz Festival, Just for Laughs, etc. But one of the standout events I would always enjoy growing up was the Grand Prix. Cool people from around the world would flock to the city and streets would close down for non-stop partying and car racing of course.

Well, it saddens me to say that it was announced that the F1 schedule won’t include any North American cities in 2009

Too bad!

Met these guys at the official Emmy gifting suite last month and thought their site rocked. It’s basically the ultimate retail spot that focuses on getting you the jeans that fit. Oprah stopped by the previous day and she loved them too. (Great minds obviously think alike! haha)

Met a fun chick at the YMI Fashion Show tonight. She has a crazy blog called Indelibledecibel.blogspot.com. She started it in April after she broke up with her boyfriend and needed a creative outlet. She calls herself Kween of Everything and blogs about her crazy life, dates and adventures in lalaland.
