What an eventful week!

If you were near a TV or the internet yesterday, it was hard not to get your attention off of the Paris Hilton play-by-play.

In one day, I've seen people go from hating the heiress to now thinking that she's being treated unfairly and that there's simply more important issues to deal with other than her case.

Whatever the decision, people would have complained. If she had been allowed to stay at home, Sheriff Lee Bacca and Judge Sauer would have never heard the end of it. People would been protesting that there's a double standard between the average joe and a celebrity. Now that she is back in jail, many feel bad for her. Some think she might really be sick. Reports are saying that she has claustrophobia and that she appeared in court as if she was on the verge of a mental breakdown, screaming "It's not right." Others feel this has simply become a power struggle between the Sheriff and a judge who are both trying to show off their control.

Hopefully something of true need for society will come out of this, besides Paris going crazy and someone making a lot of money off her pic in jail.

For now, she remains in a medical ward at the jail. She will appeal her case on Monday.

In the midst of this media circus, some are getting creative.
Watch this spin on her "Stars Are Blind" music video. It was the most downloaded on Youtube this week.

THIRD TIMES A CHARM?

A side view of me interviewing the charming Clooney.

A big weekend at the movies with our favorite Hollywood men back on the big screen with Ocean's Thirteen. I haven't seen the movie, but the reviews don't seem amazing.
Watch my coverage from the premiere this past week in Hollywood. According to the lovely George Clooney, it seems him and Soderbergh might have made the film worse so the franchise would be over for good. They wanted out!

COME ON DOWN

While we were all entranced with Paris Hilton, a real icon left the small screen.
This week, Bob Barker said his goodbye to American viewers and his show The Price is Right, which he has hosted since 1972. The host with the most is 83 years old!

Here are some pictures from the final day- the fans are crazy!

Speaking of being watched, those smart guys from Google have gone from giving us sights of the earth to 360 degree street views. Many are saying this could be an invasion of privacy, but according to the g-boys, the pictures are taken only from public property.
