My Oscar film watch continued yesterday with La Vie En Rose, based on the life of Edith Piaf. She was like the Judy Garland of Paris.

It was an amazing film with an incredible and transforming performance by Marie Cotillard, nominated for best actress. The famous song in the final scene is, "Non, je ne regrette rien" ( No, I will have no regrets). Here's a video I found of her actual performance of the song in 1961. She died shortly after. I get shivers when I watch it:
